A talk for everyone
at the National Library of Australia
Gratitude is the opposite of worry and despondency.
In this complex world, it is all too easy to focus on problems and the things that trouble us. Yet worry and despair only impair our capacity to solve problems.
In this inspiring talk, Kelsang Dana will share the logic and wisdom that enables us to find a clear-sighted gratitude – and the energy and happiness this brings us.
Gratitude is the bedrock of contentment for ourselves, and stability and kindness in our relationships with others.
Join Dana for a morning to reflect on the deeper truth of our situation, take the time to fully appreciate your life and feel empowered to embrace its full potential.
Everyone is welcome to attend this Public Talk. No prior experience is needed, and it is suitable for people of all ages over 12 years.
If you enjoy our classes, this event is the perfect occasion to bring friends and family.
