Buddhist teacher Natalie Cella will guide you through qualified meditations to open your heart and resolve sticking points in how you feel about yourself and others.

Take some time to relax at our tranquil meditation centre on the slopes of Red Hill.

The Teacher

Buddhist teacher Natalie Cella will guide this retreat. Natalie has been a Buddhist practitioner and meditator for 16 years and has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 2015. Natalie explains with warmth, good humour and sincerity how we can become happier through taking Buddha’s teachings to heart.
