How to
Forgive
Yourself & Others
Meditation &
Buddhism Workshop
Sun 30 Aug
10am-1pm
Find release from
self-sabotage, blame & resentment
Discover a logical pathway to the peace of forgiveness.
Learning about the law of karma – and the Buddhist explanation of how our mind works – gives us a logical and practical pathway out of guilt, shame and blame.
When we are hard on others, we’re often hard on ourself – and it can be easy to overlook the need to forgive ourself – as well as others.
Explore the core Buddhist teachings on karma to understand why we are the way we are, why others let us down, and the true origin of mistakes & bad behaviour. This empowering knowledge gives us the freedom to forgive – and stop harbouring the resentments that can taint our life.
At this workshop, Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana will guide you through meditations and teachings from Buddha that reveal how we can let go of past pain and move to a genuine and liberating forgiveness.
Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
Move on stronger.
