The teacher of our Belconnen, Red Hill & Weston Creek classes is Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana, the Resident Teacher of Bodhisattva Kadampa Buddhist Centre. Dana has been teaching Buddhist meditation for 12 years. Through her joyful and loving aspect, she is able to communicate the essential points of meditation and Buddhism in a practical way that makes people feel confident, uplifted and encouraged.
Katherine Tibbetts teaches our Queanbeyan class. Katherine has been practising meditation for many years, and as a working parent uses Buddhist wisdom to navigate the challenges of modern life.
