Meditation &
Buddhism Workshop

Sun 25 Aug

Learn how to let go of bad mental habits
at their source.

Our thoughts run on habits – and many of them are wearing us out!

  • Overthinking and worrying
  • Fault-finding and negativity
  • Distraction and over-indulgence

We usually try to solve these problems by changing something external – a change of scene or routine, exercise or abstinence. Yet if we know how to break unhelpful habits in our mind, we make much greater progress.

At this workshop, Resident Teacher Kelsang Dana will explain where our bad mental habits come from, and how we can replace them with constructive habits of mind that lead us into a greater happiness.

Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
