Our thoughts run on habits – and many of them are wearing us out!
Overthinking and worrying
Fault-finding and negativity
Distraction and over-indulgence
We usually try to solve these problems by changing something external – a change of scene or routine, exercise or abstinence. Yet if we know how to break unhelpful habits in our mind, we make much greater progress.
At this morning of meditations & teachings, Resident Teacher Kelsang Dana will explain where our bad mental habits come from, and how we can replace them with constructive habits of mind that lead us into a greater happiness.
Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
