Explore the Buddhist approach to parenting
with love and inner strength
For anyone parenting kids of any age – from babies to young adults.
Is it possible to be confident and relaxed as a parent – instead of feeling stressed, overwhelmed and second guessing yourself all the time?
By learning how to approach challenging behaviour and situations with wisdom, we gain the confidence and skill to raise resilient young people, and we bring harmony and happiness to our family life.
In this special class, Kelsang Dana will share and explore with you the Buddhist perspective on:
- how to love with strength and balance
- how to say no with love
- how not to hate the daily chaos and exhaustion.
A teaching and extended Q&A – email us your questions or just bring them on the day.
