Create a meditation habit you love.

When we understand the true nature of our mind, we  definitely want to make meditation a part of our daily life.

But it can hard to get a successful meditation practice going – and sometimes even harder to keep it going.

In this workshop, Kelsang Dana will share very precise methods – taught by Buddha – to ensure that none of our effort is wasted, and to optimise our meditation for real success.

These special methods will make your practice powerful. You’ll see and feel the results in your daily life.

You’ll leave this workshop feeling inspired and equipped to sustain a meditation habit that you’ll love.

Be inspired.
Get more from your meditation.
Don't waste a moment.
