Find true peace from within.

Buddha compared our ordinary life to sitting on top of a pin – no matter how much we try to adjust our position, we are continually plagued by painful feelings.

We are constantly irritated by people and things, and our life is full of events that hurt us. Sometimes, our mind feels like an open wound.

At this workshop, Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana will share liberating insights into where our painful emotions come from, and practical methods to gain relief from inner problems such as anxiety, hurt, loss, loneliness, shame and guilt.

Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
