We all know what it’s like to feel stuck. Sometimes we can’t move on from something – a past relationship, a loss, being hurt or experiencing trauma. Something is holding us back.
As much as we’d like to let go and move on, we simply don’t know how. At those times, we’re trapped in the grip of painful feelings that the past situation has triggered – and we don’t know how to move ahead with our life in the way we want to.
At this workshop, Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana will guide you through meditations and teachings from Buddha that reveal exactly what is holding us back at those times, and what we need to do in order to let go of the past, let go of the pain, let go of guilt and hurt and feel free to move ahead with confidence and relief.
Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
Kelsang Dana will teach this workshop. Dana is the Resident Teacher of Bodhisattva Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Canberra, and has been teaching Buddhist meditation for over 10 years. Through her joyful and loving aspect, she is able to communicate the essential points of meditation and Buddhism in a practical way that makes people feel confident, uplifted and encouraged.
