How to be Happier

Workshops in Braddon & Yass

At this workshop, Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana will guide you through meditations and teachings from Buddha on 7 practical ways to be happier. They are positive attitudes that everyone can practise – and they lighten our mind and uplift our everyday experience.

Buddha gave clear, accessible methods for living with greater peace and inner joy – and specifically, he set out 7 things we can do to become a happier, stronger and more beneficial person in our world.

In this busy life, the happiness we have always dreamt of is elusive. The good times are more fragile than ever – and always come with some unwanted side effect. True, lasting joy often feels just out of reach. These teachings directly help this feeling of discontent that so many of us struggle with today.

Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.

7 wisdoms to live.
The actual happiness method.
Uplift yourself.
