"The real source of happiness is inner peace."
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
Clarity of Mind
at Turner & Griffith
Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching for modern life, drawn from Buddha’s wisdom.
Even though our human mind usually feels overrun with thoughts and bombarded by stimuli from the busy world…
…at the very depths of our mind lies a reservoir of peace and clarity.
Derived from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition, these meditations
lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we
will discover our own inner potential for true clarity and mental lightness.
The real source of happiness is inner peace. If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy all the time, regardless of external conditions,
but if it is disturbed or troubled in any way, we will never be happy, no matter how good our external conditions may be.
External conditions can make us happy only if our mind is peaceful.
Therefore, if we want to experience true, lasting happiness, we need to learn the secret of inner peace by meditating on the mind.
In these classes, Resident Teacher & Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana will explain and guide these deeply relaxing meditations taught by Buddha that bring us to an experience of clarity.
These special methods and meditations are powerful. You’ll see and feel the results in your daily life.
Suitable for everyone – come any week.
