What to do when Things Go Wrong
at Turner & Griffith
Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching for modern life, drawn from Buddha’s wisdom.
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind.
By transforming our mind, we transform our life, and we will come to regard our problems as challenges or opportunities for growth and development.
In these classes, Kelsang Dana will explain clearly how to develop and maintain inner peace, solve our daily problems, and bring about positive changes in our life so that we can enjoy deep and lasting happiness.
No experience is needed – everyone is welcome. Come any week.
