Living
Lightly

The Truth
of Emptiness

Sun 17 Nov
10am-1pm

Explore the way things really exist
to live lightly each day.

Emptiness is the true nature of reality. It is the way things actually exist.

Because we do not understand emptiness, we create all our own problems by getting upset and reacting negatively.

By opening our mind to the truth of emptiness, our problems fall into perspective, and we start to live in harmony with the actual nature of things. We can live our lives lightly and joyfully.

These illuminating and meaningful teachings will be presented in an accessible and practical way – suitable for everyone.

Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.

Explore the truth of emptiness.
Learn to live lightly.
Be wise.
