How to Let Go 2026

At this workshop, Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana will guide you through meditations and teachings from Buddha that reveal exactly what is holding us back, and what we need to do in order to let go of the past, let go of the pain, let go of guilt and hurt and feel free to move ahead with confidence and relief.
