Through exploring Buddha’s teachings on the mind and its habits, we gain practical insights into the underlying cause of anxiety – which give us the power to cut through it. Within Buddhist meditations, we can find a reliable method to become free from inner problems.
In this workshop, through talks and guided meditations, Kelsang Dana will demonstrate how we can establish a peaceful place in our mind, a place of inner refuge. We can find ourself ready to respond confidently and creatively to situations that normally induce fear in us.
