Discover the ancient approach
to inner strength & flexibility
There’s so much in our fast-changing world that’s uncertain, unpredictable, and cuts across the outcomes we’re working so hard to achieve in our life.
Life can knock us down at any moment. Building our own personal resilience is key to surviving and thriving.
In this inspiring talk, Kelsang Dana will share the time-honoured resilience skills taught by Buddha:
- Recover more quickly from tough times, stress & upheavals
- Build strength of mind that’s flexible & adapts
- Find a pathway through life’s troubles
Join Kelsang Dana for a morning to reflect on the deeper truth of our situation, take the time to fully appreciate your life and feel empowered to embrace its full potential.
Everyone is welcome to attend this Talk. No prior experience is needed, and it is suitable for people of all ages over 12 years.
If you enjoy our classes, this event is the perfect occasion to bring friends and family.
