Sleep happens when our energy gathers inwards. Our modern life full of distractions can make this harder to happen. We can find ourself lying awake, or waking up at 3am, with a restless, uncomfortable mind.
At this workshop, learn two special meditations that gather and restore our energy – so our mind settles and sleep can come naturally.
This workshop will also give you techniques to subdue the troubling thoughts keeping you awake.
Through exploring Buddha’s teachings on the mind and its habits, we gain practical insights into the underlying causes of our restless mind – which give us the power to cut through it.
Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
Settle your mind. Subdue troubling thoughts.
Wake up refreshed.
