Two sessions of guided meditations for a clear mind. 

Home-made morning tea is provided with a 45 minute break to enjoy solitude & tranquility.

The Teacher

Buddhist teacher Nikki Stones will guide this retreat. Nikki has been studying Kadampa Buddhism & meditating for over ten years, and deeply appreciates the positive effect it has had on her life and relationships. Nikki has real experience of applying the teachings practically to solve problems, and is able to share this with others clearly.
