The Teachers
Kelsang Dana
The teacher of our Weston Creek & Melba classes is Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana, the Resident Teacher of Bodhisattva Kadampa Buddhist Centre. Dana has been teaching Buddhist meditation for over 12 years. Through her joyful and loving aspect, she is able to communicate the essential points of meditation and Buddhism in a practical way that makes people feel confident, uplifted and encouraged.
Raquel James
The teacher of our Tuggeranong class is Buddhist teacher Raquel James. Raquel has been studying and practising Buddhist meditation for 12 years. As a parent and in her professional life, Raquel has ample experience of applying Buddha’s timeless wisdom to everyday challenges, and becoming a more peaceful person. Her open and natural style enables people to relate easily to her teachings.
