What is a Buddha? Why are there different Buddhas?
What can Buddha mean for me?
This four week series of In-Depth Classes will explore the meaning of enlightenment, and our Buddha nature.
As a modern person, how can we feel close to Buddha – and how can this make sense for us? We don’t need to become a Buddhist or keep any particular spiritual practices to get to know Buddha – and to feel that our life is better with Buddha in it.
However, enlightenment is definitely possible for us – these classes will also explore how we can aspire to this pinnacle of experience, and become a force for good in our world.
Spend an afternoon at our Centre exploring the meaning of enlightenment for yourself. This class is perfect for those who know that inner peace is important, and want to explore the next step.
Kelsang Dana will teach these in-depth classes. Dana is the Resident Teacher of Bodhisattva Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Canberra, and has been teaching Buddhist meditation for over 10 years. Through her joyful and loving aspect, she is able to communicate the essential points of meditation and Buddhism in a practical way that makes people feel confident, uplifted and encouraged.
