Understanding death and the process of dying is important both for ourselves and our loved ones.
We are alive, therefore we shall die. Awareness of this process will help us to come to terms with our own and others’ mortality, live a more meaningful and positive life now – and know how we can die peacefully and happily without regrets.
In this half day course, Kelsang Dana will explain Buddha’s unparalleled insight into death and dying.
She will also give us some essential instructions to help those who are dying, which is one of the kindest things we can do, at their greatest moment of need.
Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
