How to stay calm:
Practical methods to remain happy and strong
in the midst of life's challenges.

Sometimes it can feel like we are being tossed about by constant waves of difficult circumstances. Relationship, financial, health and societal problems come to us one after the other despite our best efforts to avoid them, and we can easily feel out of control.

Learn methods to change your mental approach to remain happy and strong in the midst of life’s challenges – and become a master of your own mind, coping smoothly with whatever arises.

Meditation gives us the power to build a strong & flexible mind that enjoys solving problems. It is the ultimate method for how to stay calm under pressure.

Each session will include a teaching drawn from Buddha’s timeless advice, as well as authentic guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome – no experience necessary.
