Workshop Description
So much of our daily unhappiness comes from feeling agitated, irritated and annoyed. Sometimes these seeds of anger can turn into a painful resentment that we can carry with us for days, months or even years, preventing us from feeling truly at peace.
At this workshop, you will learn practical and effective meditations and ways of thinking – drawn from Buddha’s teachings – that will enable you to approach life’s challenges and conflicts with peace, poise and clarity.

Held over two sessions with refreshments offered in the break for those attending in person, the workshop will include guided meditations, teachings and an opportunity to ask questions. Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of experience. You will leave this workshop feeling uplifted and empowered to remain peaceful even when things go wrong.
